1. Hebden Sound only holds data directly necessary for the provision of our service to our customers. All data is held under the guidelines as laid down by The Data Protection Register.

2. Personal information held by Hebden Sound will only be used to provide the goods for which you entered your data; it will not be passed on to any other company except in the provision of these goods.

3. Hebden Sound does not store your credit card number, if you provided it for the purchase of goods. The credit card processing company holds this information; they have been approved by our bank and hold all data in a safe and encrypted form. Hebden Sound is unable to obtain this information unless explicitly requested to do so by the credit card company in the pursuance of a complaint. 

4. In order to confirm your order, Hebden Sound asks you to submit your email address. This email address will be stored solely for the purpose of confirming your order and delivery. Hebden Sound will ask for permission to use this email address to send you related product information.
